Help Desk

The Help Desk is located in Room 1D35 in the Swearingen Engineering Center.

If you are experiencing problems with the following you will need to come to the Help Desk located and bring a photo ID:

• Profiles
• Password (choose a secure password)
• Account Lockouts
• Computer Labs (i.e. Computer, Projector, Printers)
• Print Quota Inquiries

Connecting to Engineering Domain off campus

• VPN Connection from the Internet
• Reset Account Password Remotely
