Travel

Flights:

• Travel from the Columbia Airport to the University of South Carolina, Swearingen Engineering Center, takes about 15-20 minutes. It is 6 miles to downtown Columbia. Exit parking booth, curve to left. There will be a sign directing to Columbia and Lexington in the far right two lanes. Stay in farthest right lane to Columbia.
• Turn right out of the parking area and continue to the stoplight.
• Turn left on S.C. 302/Airport Boulevard.
• Follow Airport Boulevard until it intersects U.S. 21. and bear left at the light.
• Bear right at U.S. 176/Knox Abbott Drive. Knox Abbott becomes Blossom Street after crossing the Congaree River bridge.
• Continue on Blossom to Assembly Street and turn right at the stoplight.
